What to Do During a Septic Emergency

After-Hours Emergency Service Charge
Emergency septic service requested outside of typical business hours, on weekends, or during holidays is subject to an additional after-hours emergency service charge.
This charge covers the extra cost of dispatching a technician and equipment outside of our regular operating hours. It is in addition to any diagnostic, pumping, repair, parts, labor, or other services needed to resolve the issue.
Whenever possible, we’ll explain the applicable emergency service charge before sending a technician to your location.
